A signed model release form is required whenever you photograph or capture video or audio recordings of individuals on campus.
This applies to photos and videos intended for use either digitally or in print on all university publications and marketing materials. A model release is especially critical when photographing minors. Releases should remain on file as long as the photos and videos remain in use.
